Premier Spine Institute has excellent physicians! Easy to relate to, doesn't rush into surgery, but when they do, they deliver! Empathetic, family and faith-centered, and concerned with quality-of-life decisions for their patients. Despite the fact that a friend advised that I have my Therapy at https://www.precisionpointehealth.com/, I returned here for my follow-up visit.

We had to wait a pretty long time but I know he had a issue with another patient. I would have liked a little more time with him but probably will have more time with him after my procedure on Nov. 4. I did like him though and his staff.

Dr Ngu is AMAZING and so is his team. Such a great doctor. He sits with you and explains every step of what he’s about to do and what he’s found in your MRIs and x-rays. He understands that we are scared and his compassion to his patients is above and beyond. He just came into my room to check on me. I’m still in extreme pain from surgery but I can feel relief already. I know It will improve each day as the swelling goes down. But I already noticed walking to the restroom that I was standing up straight and I haven’t done that in two years. I still have tears in my eyes and I’m so glad Dr. Durham recommended Dr. Ngu to me ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Dr. Ngu for giving me my life back

I had heard wonderful comments about Dr. Ngu and his staff!! Upon our arrival and our departure, our consultation experience was exceptional!!! They were friendly, professional, caring, informative and geniune! Once we met them, we knew we were at the RIGHT place! My surgery was performed at Springs Excellence Surgical Hospital. The surgical team, pre-op nurse, Ms Olga and the nursing team, Mr. Akeem, Ms. Virgina and others were outstanding! Our follow-up visit was fantastic! Dr Ngu and Ms. Maria has been extremely helpful with any questions or concerns! Thank you!!!! May God Continue to Bless You!!

Explained everything very well and also had a video to explain was was going to happen with surgery and also the staff was great. I was nervous at first cause of past experiences but now feel a lot better.

Dr. Ngu and his staff truly understand the definition of customer service. Every person, from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, treats you as if you are the priority. Always happy and always compassionate. You never feel like you are only a “number” when visiting. This is what I call “Added Value”. Great Job!

Dr Ngu found a broken bone in my back when 3 other spinal drs missed it. I had ongoing pain for almost 2 years until I saw Dr Ngu. He found it and scheduled surgery for the same month to help with my insurance. Tlif fusion on L5-S1 went perfectly and was walking on day 1. He has been in contact with me personally on the phone and has addressed and issues I've had no matter how small they may be. I will certainly see him for any future problems I may have.
